A Polco Case Study
Polco worked with the City of Palm Coast, Florida, a multigenerational community looking to boost participation in its open community survey. The city needed a way to reach residents across age groups and encourage more people to complete the survey, especially those less active online.
Using Polco’s online survey platform, Palm Coast combined broad outreach with consistent marketing: social media, short videos, QR code business cards, face-to-face events, local newspapers, radio, paper-to-online conversion, council support, and a weekly newsletter. The approach delivered nearly 4,000 responses, the city’s highest response rate yet, showing that Polco’s platform plus sustained, multi-channel promotion can significantly increase community engagement.
