Oregon’s Health CO-OP faced the immense challenge of separating its IT infrastructure from its Third Party Administrator on an extremely tight timeline, needing a fully operational new system within 24 hours of a physical office move. Polar Systems was engaged to design and build this new highly available, secure, and scalable network environment to meet the critical deadline.

Polar Systems implemented a solution by creating a new, fully redundant virtual infrastructure, which allowed them to seamlessly migrate OHC's existing servers and over 2TB of data with minimal disruption. The entire move was completed over a single weekend, and the new infrastructure was fully operational by Monday morning. As a result, Polar Systems not only met the aggressive timeline with ease but also forged a trusted partnership with OHC, which subsequently signed on for PolarStar Managed Services to receive ongoing unlimited support and virtual CIO services.
