A Poka Case Study
WestRock faced fragmented, three‑stage maintenance processes and non‑homogeneous training content that were slowing operations and complicating maintenance requests. To standardize procedures and modernize how maintenance support and training were delivered, WestRock opted to use Poka’s digital platform for visual, step‑by‑step training guides and video support.
Poka was deployed at WestRock Candiac in May 2016 and enabled teams to produce more than 243 training guides, digitize maintenance requests, and share short how‑to videos. The result: training creation time was cut in half compared with paper, videos average six minutes (with a target of three), support teams gained roughly 25% of their time leading to 25% more interventions, and maintenance requests are now processed within 24 hours—improving standardization, safety, and on‑the‑job efficiency with Poka.
