Masonite’s St-Éphrem plant faced a safety crisis in 2015 with nine work-related accidents (one serious), prompting a corporate review of health and safety training. Poka was rolled out in December 2015 and delivered standardized, video‑based training, a real‑time factory feed for announcements, and ongoing operations support.
