Leclerc Connects Poka and SAP for Faster Maintenance Resolutions

Leclerc, a fifth‑generation family-owned maker of cookies and granola bars operating eight plants in North America, needed to harmonize frontline operations with back‑office maintenance systems. Leclerc adopted Poka, a frontline connected worker application, to centralize operational knowledge and capture issues on the factory floor, but team leads were forced to manually re-enter Poka-captured problems into SAP, creating inefficiency and delaying resolutions.

Poka and Leclerc implemented an integration using the Poka open API and SAP Cloud Connect via Microsoft Power Automate so team leads can create SAP work orders directly from Issue posts in Poka, with notifications and status updates syncing back. The Poka-driven solution eliminates duplicate data entry, gives team leads better visibility, increases efficiency and speeds time to resolution, and Leclerc is now exploring additional integration use cases.
