Flora Food Group (formerly Upfield) partnered with Poka to support the commissioning of a new site and move toward a paperless factory. The company needed a better way to manage digital work instructions, forms and checklists, and issue handling during the launch of the facility.
Poka implemented its web and mobile platform to help Flora Food Group create work instructions in-house, streamline verifications, and improve issue resolution. The results included 250 work instructions created in one year, $300,000 saved, a 70-day reduction in issue resolution time, and 1,590 hours saved annually in form verifications.
