Poka helped speed resolution times, broaden reporting access to all operators, and reduce the need for frequent interdepartmental meetings; the company also reported 8,570 calls for help, 2,050 issues, a shift from weekly to monthly CI maintenance meetings, and fewer CMMS data-entry support needs.
