Lincoln Property Company Cuts Comfort Complaints by 100% with PointGuard

Lincoln Property Company manages Huntcrest III, a 135,000 sq. ft. Class A office building that was struggling with occupant comfort, averaging about 15 comfort complaints per week and needing better remote monitoring and “last mile” control of setpoints and energy metrics. To address this, Lincoln engaged PointGuard and began using the PointGuard ProPlus platform to bring BMS analytics and actionable insights to their facility team.

PointGuard used its ProPlus platform (including Quick Tools and the setpoint manager) to diagnose simultaneous heating & cooling, actuator and heating failures, and excessive runtimes, enabling rapid work orders and setpoint corrections.
