Lincoln Property Company of Atlanta deployed the PointGuard Pro+ platform across 11 buildings (1.61M sq ft) to address equipment faults, building drift, and limited engineer bandwidth. PointGuard’s analytics, dashboards and reports — notably the Runtime Report and scatterplot views — deliver trend data and alerts that let engineers quickly diagnose and remediate problems. As a result, one building’s 22 excessive runtime items dropped to 0, Lincoln Property Company now manages about twice the square footage per engineer versus historical norms, comfort complaints have fallen drastically over three years, and PointGuard’s insights have helped preserve low energy cost per square foot while offsetting the system’s cost.
