The results included first-year energy savings of $31,580 (12%, $0.30/sq.ft.), recommissioning in four months, a simple payback under six months, an immediate 18% energy reduction in one month, and recovery of the ENERGY STAR score back into the 90s—with improved comfort and asset health observed after PointGuard’s intervention.
