Nuance engaged PointClear Solutions to improve and expand access to its PowerShare Network, a patient-facing, self-service EMR for sharing medical records and images. Nuance’s challenge was to make the platform accessible across organizations and devices with powerful, easy-to-use web and mobile applications while supporting patient ownership of health data.

PointClear Solutions conducted user research, provided UX/UI design and branding guidance, and developed web and iOS interfaces plus customer-branded app capabilities. As a result, Nuance’s PowerShare Network now supports 2,000+ provider organizations and has facilitated sharing of over 3 billion medical images, with enhanced functionality, improved user workflows, and strengthened data security.
