Navicure, a complete healthcare revenue cycle management company, needed a combined patient payment and billing system to help its physician-practice clients provide transparent cost estimates to patients and to process insurance claims and collect payments more efficiently. Navicure engaged PointClear Solutions to design and build the platform, including the Navicure® Care Estimator™ (predictive patient financial-responsibility estimates) and Navicure® Green Light™ (patient payment automation and payment plans).

PointClear Solutions delivered a patient-facing and practice-facing application that accelerated cash flow, improved staff productivity and patient satisfaction, and increased revenue capture for Navicure’s physician clients. The new platform outpaced projections—generating more than $1.6 million per month in patient payment application sales in its first year for Navicure—while materially improving collections and reducing claims denial impacts.
