Mobile Solution Encourages Health and Wellness with Engaging, Educational User Experience

New Ocean Health Solutions, which provides health and well-being management tools for insurance companies, wanted to expand its existing mobile app beyond chronic condition management to support broader health and wellness. New Ocean partnered with PointClear Solutions to help turn its initial strategy, copy, and wireframes into a more engaging and user-friendly experience.

PointClear Solutions conducted user research and provided UI/UX design and testing support, including wireframes, a clickable prototype, visual design, custom icons, CSS/HTML, and user testing. The updated app was rolled out in phases and delivered an educational, engaging mobile solution that helped New Ocean Health Solutions’ clients support employees in getting and staying healthy.
