GetWellNetwork needed to redesign its ViiMed care coordination platform so provider workflows could be customized and patients could better understand what to expect around surgical events. PointClear Solutions delivered a UX audit, personas, wireframes, prototypes, interviews, and a new UI style guide to reshape the platform. The updated ViiMed experience improved operational efficiency by helping care teams prioritize tasks and respond more quickly, while also boosting patient engagement and education through clearer visibility into the pre- and post-surgical journey and secure patient-provider communication.
