Bristol Rent-All, a family-owned rental business founded in 1988 and run by Michael and Ben Barker, had been using Point of Rental Software’s Windows-based rental system since 2006. In 2015 they tried switching back to a newer version of their original vendor’s software but found it couldn’t match Point of Rental’s functionality — maintenance and accounts receivable became harder to manage, key Day‑at‑a‑Glance visibility disappeared, and overall efficiency slowed.

The Barkers returned to Point of Rental Software before year‑end; POR recovered 10 years of data and migrated additional records from the interim system, restoring the Day‑at‑a‑Glance view, faster workflows and responsive support. As a result, Bristol Rent‑All regained operational efficiency, benefited from immediate customer service, and has grown to add a second location — a clear, measurable business impact attributed to Point of Rental Software.
