Aerion creates a unique 8-passenger supersonic cabin with Point Innovation

Point Innovation was engaged by Aerion to design the interior for its new AS2 supersonic private aircraft. The challenge was to create a timeless aesthetic and innovative user experience within a cabin sized appropriately for supersonic travel, all while reflecting the superior quality of the aircraft's engineering and flight systems.

To solve this, Point Innovation conducted a competitive analysis and used full-scale mock-ups to rethink the passenger living space. They successfully balanced cabin volume with aerodynamic demands to create a unique interior featuring two comfortable seating zones for eight passengers, a large lavatory, and a functional entry vestibule. The result was an interior that delivers unparalleled luxury for the world's fastest global business jet.
