Niras - Customer Case Study

NIRAS is an international, multidisciplinary consultancy company with over 1300 employees located in offices in Europe, Asia and Africa. Niras business is to provide impartial consultancy in a variety of fields such as construction and infrastructure, public utilities, environmental and natural resources, climate change and energy, planning, and development consulting. Poimapper was piloted during 2012 in Kenya by the Ministry of Planning for the purpose of monitoring progress of the Millennium Development Goal projects. The pilot program is being managed by Niras and funded by the Foreign Ministry of Finland. The Pilot is carried out in nine districts and the monitoring results will be integrated with national systems of such as e-Promis and Keninfo.
