Oddbox, a UK-based fruit and vegetable box subscription service fighting food waste, faced a challenge in managing its expanding delivery operations and maintaining customer experience. Podfather provided a solution that allows Oddbox to plan and collect vehicle checks, track deliveries in real-time, issue customer ETA notifications, and capture electronic proof of delivery. Drivers use rugged handhelds running the Podfather app to share information and collect delivery photographs. The implementation by Podfather supports Oddbox's rapid growth, having already delivered over one million boxes and rescued over 6,440 tonnes of surplus produce.
