NSS Group reaches 500,000 jobs a year with PODFather

NSS Group, a UK-based provider of specialist building maintenance and cleaning services, faced significant administrative challenges as its operations grew. The company relied on physical paper worksheets to manage and track jobs, which became unmanageable at scale and resulted in poor visibility of its mobile workforce, causing delays in invoicing and reporting. To address this, they turned to the vendor Podfather for a digital solution.

Podfather implemented its logistics planning and electronic proof of delivery (ePOD) system, providing paperless job schedules and enabling engineers to capture time-stamped signatures and photos in real time. This solution helped NSS manage over 34,000 site visits a month and record over 560,000 ePODs annually. The results included the eradication of paper, saving 134 trees and 6 tonnes of CO2, along with drastically improved operational efficiency, faster invoicing, and enhanced customer service through real-time reporting.
