Aggregate Industries, a UK building industry supplier, faced the challenge of managing hundreds of daily deliveries for its Concrete Products Division while supporting its decarbonisation journey. They partnered with vendor Podfather to implement its ePOD software and logistics solution to eradicate paper and gain visibility over its outsourced delivery operation.

The Podfather solution provided a mobile app for third-party drivers to access tickets and capture electronic proof of delivery, including signatures and photos. This gave Aggregate Industries real-time visibility of its entire delivery operation. As a result, the company is now 90% paper-free and has increased its on-time performance rate from 93.9% to nearly 97%.
