UBCO Bikes boosts direct-to-consumer sales with Pocket Square

UBCO Bikes, an electric vehicle company, faced the challenge of an outdated and purely functional WooCommerce site that failed to capture the excitement of its products and effectively guide customers through the purchasing journey. They partnered with vendor Pocket Square to create a new global eCommerce infrastructure on Shopify Plus to better drive direct-to-consumer sales and support their dealer network.

Pocket Square designed and developed a content-led Shopify Plus site that delivered the right information to customers at each stage of their journey, integrating it with UBCO's inventory system, Unleashed. The solution provided UBCO with full control over their pages and resulted in increased direct sales, better customer-dealer engagement, and improved brand representation. The success of the B2C site led Pocket Square to also implement a dedicated B2B portal within the main site for an enhanced dealer experience.
