The TDS Charitable Foundation, a charitable foundation, needed to assist tenants in navigating the complex housing dispute resolution process. They commissioned vendor Pocket App to design and develop a digital platform called My Housing Gateway to empower tenants to resolve tenancy-related issues efficiently.

Pocket App developed a user-friendly web application featuring an interactive questionnaire and a custom Content Management System (CMS), built with React JS and PHP. This allowed the TDS team to manage questions and generate personalized action plans for users. Following testing with real tenants to ensure effectiveness, the platform was successfully launched. Pocket App remains an ongoing partner, having since been commissioned for additional projects.
