Schneider Electric, the global expert in energy management and automation, needed to reward and grow loyal customers, boost engagement, and achieve true omnichannel communication while gaining visibility into purchasing habits across regions. To address these challenges they partnered with Pobuca, deploying Pobuca Loyalty alongside a dedicated microsite, a mobile app and a Facebook App Log to capture customer data and enroll electricians into the mySchneider Rewards program.

Pobuca implemented an omnichannel solution that consolidated customer actions into a single database and ran targeted, personalized campaigns (email/SMS and in-app) through the Pobuca Loyalty platform, with mySchneider Rewards awarding points per €1 spent. The result was a fully digital, personalized approach that increased shopper sales and engagement, improved data visibility across geographies, and enabled segmented promotions with an immediate elevating effect on sales.
