GANT, the American premium apparel brand present in over 70 markets, needed a redesigned GANT Club loyalty program to deliver a fully digital, personalized experience with a 360-degree customer view, unified profiles, improved engagement, and better metrics and data insights. GANT engaged Pobuca to modernize its loyalty offering using the Pobuca Loyalty solution and consulting services.

Pobuca delivered an omnichannel Pobuca Loyalty implementation including a microsite, mobile app, CRM and ERP integrations, omnichannel email/SMS campaigns, a loyalty platform storing unified customer data, and Greece’s first Loyalty AI chatbot. The solution produced ~83K registrations, a +27% campaign response rate, ~10K redeemed rewards and a +70% average basket uplift for loyalty members versus non-members, alongside improved KPIs and data-driven personalization.
