PMG Puts Kautex Textron Back in Control

Kautex Textron, a global provider of plastic fuel systems with more than 6,000 employees across 32 locations, struggled with disjointed, manual HR training request processes that created backlogs, near–year‑long request lifecycles and inconsistent approval and attendance tracking. To tame these “little monsters,” Kautex engaged PMG and its low-code Digital Business Platform to organize and automate the thousands of annual training requests.

Using PMG’s platform, Kautex’s IT business process automation team built automated workflows with time- and activity-triggered notifications, plus in-depth reporting via PMG’s drag-and-drop designer. PMG’s solution revealed HQ was handling 2,500 requests (150% more than the 1,000 estimate), expedited processing across sites, expanded HR labor capacity, improved operational visibility, and made it easy for Kautex to tweak processes going forward.
