1st Franklin Financial Corporation, a regional lender with 284 branch loan offices, faced slow, inconsistent Chapter 13 proof of claim filings that required manual branch notifications and about four hours of daily processing. Already a PMG customer using PMG’s Enterprise Service Platform for HR and onboarding, 1st Franklin sought to expand that platform to centralize and standardize its proof of claim workflow.
PMG configured its Enterprise Service Platform to import daily third‑party bankruptcy reports, apply data interpretation, and automate workflows using a no‑code engine with a central interface, visual work queue and action‑triggered notifications. The PMG solution cut reporting and assignment time from roughly four hours to under one minute (about 255× faster), reduced time spent on claims by 99.6%, eliminated excess calls and emails, and freed satellite offices to process more loans.
