Large International Financial Institution’s New York branch faced a sudden need to replace manual, paper-based approval workflows when COVID-19 forced staff to work remotely. Email-based approvals were slow, hard to trace and inadequate for auditing, so the branch sought a secure, cost-effective low-code/no-code process-orchestration solution and selected PMG’s low-code development platform to standardize and digitize its processes.
PMG implemented the PMG Platform and completed the first iteration within four months, onboarding about 200 branch employees; digitization has already improved roughly 50 processes, restored clear audit trails for compliance, and enabled fully remote approvals.
