Worldpay, part of FIS and the UK’s leading payment provider, needed a faster way to integrate its hospitality payment solution with POS systems and bring new payment capabilities to market more quickly. PMC supported the initiative using its Store Enabler Retail Integration Platform and Professional Services team to deliver the Worldpay Integration Manager (WPIM).
PMC assembled and onboarded a cross-functional delivery team and completed the MVP in just 16 weeks, taking the project from conception to completion through agile sprints, design, development, testing, and final delivery. The solution streamlined POS-to-Worldpay integration, made future upgrades easier to incorporate, and sped up customer onboarding, while also setting the foundation for ongoing enhancements and a planned retail pilot.
