FitFlop, an omni-channel footwear retailer operating in over 66 countries, needed a better way to manage regression testing for its Hybris website. Manual testing during sprints was time-consuming and limited the scope of coverage, creating risk for new releases and online customer experiences. PMC provided automated web testing services to help address this challenge.
PMC implemented a comprehensive automated testing programme for FitFlop, covering the test and production sites, multiple card types, currencies, geographies, and languages, with BrowserStack used to run tests across real mobile devices and multiple browsers. The result was broader test coverage without materially increasing cost, reduced business risk, and faster time to market for new functionality, while also helping upskill FitFlop’s testing team in automation.
