Green Commute Initiative (GCI) is a fast-growing UK social enterprise and cycle-to-work scheme provider that needed to streamline a range of manual, labour-intensive processes as demand increased. GCI partnered with PMC to develop and enhance its web applications, including the “Instant GCI” portal and the “Everyone Cycle” online application process, to improve customer experience and support rapid growth.

PMC delivered automation across key workflows, including electronic sign-up and invoicing, a Phase 1 MVP for Everyone Cycle, the CARs module for cancellations/amends/refunds, and a reseller payment portal. These solutions reduced processing time dramatically, enabled some applications to be completed in under an hour, sped up order changes and document generation, reduced administrative burden, and helped GCI scale for larger corporate contracts while improving cash flow and customer service.
