Ei Group Web Application Upgrade delivers Enhanced UI and Streamlined User Experience

Ei Group, the UK’s largest pub company with around 4,500 properties, needed to update its legacy TSR (Technical Service Requests) web application so staff could better manage drinks availability on the bar. The existing tool was built on outdated technology and needed improved reliability, security, mobile access, and a more intuitive user experience, while keeping business disruption and overheads to a minimum.

PMC delivered a fixed-price, fixed-scope upgrade using a self-sufficient delivery team, handling discovery, reverse engineering, documentation, and UI improvements with minimal impact to Ei Group’s day-to-day operations. PMC modernized the application, enhanced the UI, added mobile capability, and improved maintainability; the project was completed on time and to budget, and the new TSR was well received with reduced training needs and better overall usability.
