PMC implemented Elucid web fulfilment and CRM, including data migration, automated stock visibility, and direct links from EPoS into the CRM. The result was faster and more efficient fulfilment, with delivery times cut from seven days to three on most items, web revenue doubling, manual work reduced, and cleaner customer data enabling more precise marketing and customer profiling.
