Toner Buzz, an independent online supplier of OEM ink and toner, was struggling to manage product information across three websites: listings grew into unique SKUs, updates became error-prone, and custom data couldn’t be handled by their ecommerce platform. To solve this, Toner Buzz selected Plytix and its PIM solution to centralize product content, enable unlimited custom attributes, and provide an open API for multisite distribution.
Plytix implemented its PIM (with Channel modules) to centralize data, automate feeds (including integration to Capital One Shopping), and allow bulk edits and custom flags. The result: Toner Buzz reports being more than 50% faster than manual updates, a single place to create and store complex information, consistent product presentation across sites, and a sharp reduction in bad data thanks to Plytix.
