Otter Distribution, a leading Romanian footwear retailer and distributor, needed to move from fragmented spreadsheets and manual processes to a single source of truth for product data as it expanded online across four websites. To centralize and syndicate product information affordably, they selected Plytix PIM to replace inconsistent data sheets and enable cross-team collaboration.

Plytix implemented a cloud PIM with features like Advanced Filtering, Bulk Editing, Computed Attributes and Brand Kits to streamline workflows and syndicate product data to all four sites. The results: an 80% reduction in time spent on manual entry, 2.5x more product imports per week, an increase from 6 to 15 product attributes per SKU, and a jump from 2,200 SKUs uploaded on Black Friday 2019 to 4,500 in 2020 (roughly 27,000 end products) — all achieved using Plytix.
