Case Study: Mai Copenhagen achieves efficient trade-show product sharing and automated lead capture with Plytix

A Plytix Case Study

Preview of the Mai Copenhagen Case Study

Mai Copenhagen uses Plytix to efficiently share product content at trade shows

Mai Copenhagen, led by CEO & Co-founder Mai Johansson, is a luxury jewellery and watch brand that struggled as a solo entrepreneur to manage and distribute product content—relying on Excel, Photoshop and printed catalogs that made trade-show outreach and partner syndication slow and error-prone. To fix this she adopted Plytix in 2017, using the Plytix PIM and smart catalogs to centralize product information and give partners easy access to digital catalogs.

Using Plytix’s smart catalogs and PIM, Mai Copenhagen eliminated manual CSVs and printed catalogs, let partners download packaged product data and images, and generated automatic lead lists at the New Nordic Jewellery & Watch Show via iPads—saving hundreds of dollars in print costs and many hours of work while capturing real buyer emails. Today she manages about 300 products in two languages in Plytix, has expanded her distributor network (including China), and onboarded new retailers faster thanks to Plytix’s automation.
