A Plytix Case Study
Champion Power Equipment, a portable generators and outdoor power equipment company founded in 2003, struggled with scattered product information stored in Word, Excel and PDF files, no cloud SOPs, and constant update emails that created confusion and low content accuracy across marketing and sales. To solve this, they implemented Plytix’s product content management (PIM) platform to centralize and standardize their product data and assets.
Using Plytix, Champion reorganized product information into clear groups, built catalogs for sales reps, and set up feeds to internal systems and third‑party channels like Google Manufacturer Center and Channel Advisor. Plytix gave them a single source of truth, cut time spent managing and distributing content by roughly half (estimate), improved content accuracy and retailer content‑quality scores, and let the company scale capabilities without adding headcount.
