MasterControl, founded in 1993 and a global leader in enterprise quality management software with nearly 1 million users, was struggling with costly, time-consuming in-person training, slow onboarding (about six weeks), and the need to reskill a 50-person development team to a new Java/Angular/Bootstrap stack while maintaining a large legacy codebase.
