Digital Nova Scotia upskills 1,930 learners with Pluralsight

Digital Nova Scotia, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to growing the province's digital economy, faced the challenge of providing affordable and accessible tech training to underrepresented groups in Atlantic Canada. To bridge this digital divide and meet rising demand for cloud, cybersecurity, and data roles, they launched the Skills for Hire Atlantic program and partnered with vendor Pluralsight to use its online learning platform as a scalable, effective solution for delivering job-ready skills.

The solution implemented by Pluralsight provided learners with curated, certification-aligned learning paths and hands-on content. This partnership resulted in 1,930 learners consuming over 55,000 hours of content, with 52% of participants being newcomers and 46% women. The measurable impact includes more than 600 graduates securing jobs or continuing tech education and over 900 industry certifications being issued. Pluralsight's scalable platform was fundamental to building an inclusive, job-ready tech workforce for the region.
