Sitel Group Enables Internal Talent Mobility with a Behavioral Assessment

Sitel Group, a fast-growing global contact center company, needed to streamline talent processes across locations, create a common language for talent and competencies, and enable fair, objective assessments to support internal mobility, development, and retention. To address this challenge, Sitel Group partnered with Plum.io and used its talent assessment platform to better understand employee potential, skills, and career fit.

With Plum.io, Sitel Group shifted to biannual continuous feedback, introduced regular talent reviews, and built job and talent profiles for 60 roles using behavioral assessments and expert input. The solution was rolled out to 2,000 employees in the first two months, helping the company establish a global common language for talent and improving its ability to match employees to the right roles, with plans to expand to 5,000 employees and track gains in internal mobility, time to hire, performance, engagement, and retention.
