**PLUM.IO** implemented behavioral talent assessments that measured candidates’ personality, social intelligence, and problem-solving ability, giving recruiters match scores for different roles and candidates personalized talent profiles. The new resumeless process improved candidate experience, expanded hiring to more than 30 schools, increased visible-minority representation to nearly 60% of campus intake, raised women’s representation to just over 50%, and nearly doubled campus-hire retention from 26% to 46%.
