Absolute Dogs worked with Plume to solve a fragmented customer experience: users had to jump between multiple separate dashboards for profiles, certificates, purchases, and affiliate tools, making information hard to find and navigate. The company also wanted to reduce the support burden caused by manual account changes and improve visibility into subscriptions and affiliate performance.
Plume designed and developed a single cohesive Training Academy dashboard with multiple tabs, bringing together data from several plugins in a consistent brand experience. The new self-service account area let users update their own details, track orders and billing dates, and view affiliate reporting, which saved Absolute Dogs’ customer service team a significant amount of time handling routine account requests.
