WeWork India partnered with Plum to build a more equitable, holistic, and inclusive employee health plan that matched its strong DEI culture. As a fast-growing workplace company with employees across multiple industries and a highly diverse workforce, WeWork needed benefits that went beyond standard coverage and reflected priorities like gender equity, mental health, and comprehensive care.

Plum worked with WeWork India to benchmark benefits across industries, redesign coverage, and improve the employee claims experience through an app-first service model. The resulting plan included expanded coverage such as maternity, infertility treatments, psychiatric care, oral chemotherapy, and higher sum insured limits, while also reducing claim turnaround times. With Plum, WeWork India achieved a top-tier employee health plan, a claims CSAT score of 86, and an eNPS score of 85.
