PokerBaazi, the flagship product of Baazi Games and India’s largest online poker platform, wanted to improve activation, engagement, and monetization across its app as new users often felt overwhelmed and dropped off early in their journey. The team used Plotline to communicate key features more effectively and help users get to value faster.

With Plotline, PokerBaazi launched guided walkthroughs, a floating action button for its GOAT tournament, and Stories to guide users and promote offers. The walkthrough drove a 50% uplift in users starting their first game, the tournament button generated a 22% uplift in top-of-funnel participation, and Stories increased the number of users who viewed Stories and continued playing by about 8%.
