Meesho, India’s fastest-growing e-commerce company, needed a better way to gather timely user feedback for its SuperStore business. Before Plotline, the team relied on cold calls and SMS/WhatsApp surveys that produced very low response rates, making it difficult to make decisions based on statistically meaningful data.
Using Plotline, Meesho’s SuperStore team launched 30+ targeted in-the-moment surveys within a month to collect feedback on product quality, NPS, and delivery perceptions. The results included up to 30% response rates on simple surveys, up to 10% on multi-step surveys, and more than 1,000 responses on a delivery survey, helping Meesho identify issues like missing items, improve product quality, and validate its communication channels.
