Eatsure Launches & Scales QuickiES with Dynamic In-App Campaigns

EatSure, an Indian on-demand food delivery app with around 10 million users, wanted to improve adoption of new features and offers while speeding up experimentation across the product. Using Plotline, the team needed a way to test ideas, validate demand, and drive engagement without waiting on engineering cycles or app updates.

With Plotline, EatSure launched in-app surveys, dynamic bottom sheets, teasers, widgets, and shoppable stories to promote QuickiES, partner products, and menu offers. The campaigns helped validate the QuickiES launch, drive immediate feature adoption, and generate monetization impact, including 1 million impressions and 78,000 clicks on a homepage widget, while improving conversions and reducing dependency on development teams.
