BharatPe, an Indian fintech company serving small merchants and grocery stores, wanted to improve adoption of its in-app offers and other product actions. Using Plotline, the BharatPe product team launched multiple no-code in-app campaigns over the last three months to improve monetization, adoption, retention, cross-sells, and feedback collection.
With Plotline, BharatPe ran a Republic Day modal with a countdown on the homepage to create urgency, a spotlight campaign on the postpe app to drive cross-sells, and in-app surveys to gather feedback. The festive offer campaign reached 95% of eligible users, generated 65K unique impressions, and lifted offer adoption by about 7%, while cross-sell clicks rose by about 10% and survey completion rates increased by more than 30%.
