This included creating a dedicated website, distributing informational materials, engaging key stakeholders, and securing media coverage to highlight the scheme's benefits, such as addressing housing needs, enhancing sustainability, and connecting to local culture. As a result of PLMR's efforts, the planning application was unanimously approved by the committee.
