North Herts Council gathers 1,500+ consultation responses with PLMR
North Herts Council appointed PLMR to manage communications and consultation for the Churchgate Regeneration Zone in Hitchin. The challenge was to gather comprehensive views from stakeholders and the wider community on the future redevelopment of this key town centre site.
PLMR designed and delivered a comprehensive consultation program that included public workshops, a dedicated consultation hub, a district-wide leaflet drop, and a targeted social media campaign. This effort generated over 1,500 survey responses, which PLMR analyzed to produce a report with five key recommendations. These findings established the development principles that are now guiding the Council's search for a development partner and shaping the future regeneration of the site.
