Frasers Group wins planning consent for £500m+ Global HQ Campus with PLMR
PLMR was appointed by Frasers Group to support its efforts to gain planning consent for a new Global Headquarter Campus in Warwickshire. The challenge involved undertaking extensive stakeholder and community consultation for the major development project near the village of Ansty.
PLMR implemented a comprehensive consultation program that included engaging with key political stakeholders, local parish councils, and the community through meetings, a dedicated website, leaflets, and public exhibitions. As a result of these efforts, Frasers Group successfully achieved planning consent from Rugby Borough Council for its campus, a project set to create over 7,000 jobs and grow the local economy by 10%.
