Branded Bridge Line (BBL) is an enterprise-grade, brandable conference-call platform that delivers toll-free access in 50+ countries, advanced call controls and a 100-caller capacity while avoiding the poor audio, clunky UX, and hidden costs of many competing services. BBL’s challenge was to build a global, feature-rich and customizable conferencing product without getting mired in legacy carrier contracts or complex telecom engineering, and while keeping the service affordable and reliable for mission-critical business use.

BBL integrated the Plivo voice API and carrier services to supply global numbers, high-quality voice, and 24/7 support, enabling features like VIP rooms, mute/“who’s talking” controls, nudges and no‑show dialing. After shifting most numbers to Plivo in 2015 they nearly tripled usage, achieved enterprise-grade reliability and global reach (toll-free in 50+ countries), and deliver professional conference calls for as little as 1.7¢/minute—growing market share without the overhead of traditional carriers.
